Press Release II. Long Live Palestine!
Long Live Palestine!
Hasan Yahya, Born in Palestine
In recent Arab and Muslim history, it was rarely to celebrate good news. Today is a little bit different, it was a spot of light in the darkness of Arab and Muslim history.
PALESTINE keeps its historical name alive in the struggle for self-determination in modern world and Palestinians everywhere on earth, receive with high jubilation the formal global recognition of their status.
In spite of the unfair, illogical, political denial of Palestinian rights to remove Palestinians and their homeland from history, Palestine still there by the recognition delayed many years. I, congratulate, myself, and every Palestinian wherever and however they are, as well as every Jew works for normalizing the Israeli and Palestinian cultures to live in peace and under mutual exchange of respect.
News Agencies carried the great good news for the world, the achievement of UN General Assembly upgrades Palestinian status to non-member observer state.
Today is November 29th, is for sure, a different shining day in Palestine history. The Palestinian Legend, Yasser Arafat, will rest in peace after this day. Our expectations, PLO, Fatah and Hamas will hopefully, learn the lesson and provide the necessary mechanism for unity between the various factions.
Open heartedly, we ask Palestinians and request from them all in and out of Palestine, to work hard for the purpose of building the State of Palestine on democratic grounds, to reactivate the basic rules of justice in all associations and organizations, on the principles of social justice, equal human rights and freedom. Let’s consider this day a holiday in November every year, to replace the ugly occasions of Sykes-Picot and the Balfour Declaration (dated 2 November 1917).
