A. This question may keep overweight off for ever?! It doesn’t need long time.
An overweight person feels sick and tired all times, of being fat. H/She tried all the new diet programs and products, but nothing worked for more than a week or two for her. H/She is always giving up and gaining the weight back. Sometimes gaining back more weight than H/She lost.
This a typical story from overweight or obese persons. They became absolutely obsessed with learning everything may lead to reduce body fat. They research information in libraries, internet, newspapers ads, read countless weight loss and nutrition journals, and They may spoke to every expert they find to learn about the true keys to losing body fat, with no use. Due to the massive success, some people may make, some succeeded, others failed and remained struggling trying to lose body fat.
Fat is needed according to experts for kids older than 2 should get about 30% of their daily calories from fat. In one day, kids eat 2,000 calories. If 30% of 2,000 calories comes from fat, that means that 600 calories will come from fat. One way to reach this goal is to eat foods that are about 30% fat. But few foods contain exactly 30% fat. Instead, you can eat a mix of foods — some with higher percentages of fat and some with lower percentages — so that you still meet that goal of 30% of calories from fat.
The term, fat is may make it sound like something you shouldn’t eat. But fat is an important part of a healthy diet. And little kids, especially, need a certain amount of fat in their diets so the brain and nervous system develop normally. That’s why toddlers need to drink whole milk, which has more fat, and older kids can drink low-fat or skim milk.
Here’s a sample menu to help you reach that goal. It includes a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, milk, and an apple. The peanut butter is high in fat, but it’s a nutritious food and the overall total from the whole meal is about 30% from fat. You need to eat two slices of bread equals 13% fat which is 30 calories from fat, two tablespoons of peanut butter equals 75% fat (140 calories from fat). One tablespoon of jelly an apple both equals 0% fat which means zero calories. And One cup of 1% milk = 18 % fat which is 20 calories from fat.
