Q. What is Metabolic Syndrom and How to reduce it?
Metabolic Syndrom and Cholesterol are close friends. It’s a well known fact that people with metabolic syndrome are likely to develop heart disease and type 2 diabetes. So medical doctors recommend reducing this disease. HOW?
To reducing metabolic syndrome disease involves several risk factors, these factors are:
– Abdominal obesity ;
– Law HDL;
– Insulin resistence and finally;
– Elevated blood pressure.
To keep with cholesterol safe measures, patients have to follow certain methods and practices. Such as:
– Build physical activity and practice in your life; at least 30 to 40 minutes a day, or 150 minutes a week.
– Eat prudently any recommended food to loose weight; and;
– Be sure to measure Chlesterol levels .
Data show that one quarter of adults don’t practice any exercise, bu these methods insure losing weight and reducing the metabolic disease, which lead to low triglycerides. Daily practice will make people able to raise the HDL. Drinking water often 4 to 8 glasses a day helps also in this regard.
