There are simple rules for good health. Eating moderately, having enough time sleep and excercising are may be the basic rules of having good health. But the best and worst health habits are may be common to many people. Web MD, received these answers from a famous actor called: Jane Lynch, the best habit for Jane was : “I am a “green eater.”By that she means, she eats a salad with every meal, everyday,based on spinach or arugula or other dark leafy-as well as smoothies with kale or another green in the morning. She also, didn’t always eat this way, but it is good to have it as a habit.
The worst health habit for Jane, however, is definitely overeating….. such habit makes Jane compulsive especially when she overdo things, she does it big. Even though Jane is quite tall,she get away with too much of a weight swing, this is another reason for Jane to try to eat healthy.
