Egypt Election: Mr. Barack Obama Failed in Common Sense Politics

RE: USA did not send congratulation Telegram to the Egyptian Elected President Abdul Fattah al Sisi.
Mr. Obama Seems Not Convinced Yet, by the Recent Egyptian Election.
The question raised by many sincere American citizens is, WHY?
For me, I might ask: What type of foreign policy is this? I think, that The Ugly face of American Foreign Policies shows itself clearly .
It is a fact that its plans for the New Middle East have been failed.
It is a fact that Muslim Brothers still have sympathy practiced by Obama Administration.
It is a fact that the United States disagree with any method to create Arab or Muslim Renaissance, and the winning of the C.C in Egypt is one of these methods.
Recommendation: Obama’s policies toward the Middle East are the worst ever, to deal with the region. I believe that the term “presidency” is protected in America and Galvanized and institutionalized by what seemed to be like: honor. Therefore, in no way, one can break the presidency “virginity” for keeping that honor. But No one is perfect, Mr. Obama, in my opinion, knowingly or unknowingly, is enhancing the power of negative actions, in US foreign policy, which in turn reduces the position of the USA to zero Abroad.
This action may be described, taken by the president is way away of common sense politics, which is taken in University 101 level courses for freshman students. In politics, If you respect me, I respect you. Playing Dom is not a policy. It is an insult and ignorance.
The President have to wake up, and not to listen to lobbies around the white house. We look for more evaluation to understanding of the consequences of USA failure or success in the region.
